IPL Mildown (Bacillus subtilis 2.0% A.S) Bio Fungicide
Mildown is an eco-friendly bio fungicide formulated with Bacillus subtilis. It provides effective protection against seed, soil, and airborne fungal diseases. With a high spore count, it forms colonies in the rhizosphere and phyllosphere, offering natural resistance to various fungal and bacterial pathogens. It delivers a multifaceted mode of action, producing lipopeptide antibiotics that offer sustainable, chemical-free disease control for crops.
Features:
Liquid bio-fungicide formulation.
Contains Bacillus subtilis with a spore count of 2 x 10^8 CFU/ml.
Works on seed, soil, and airborne fungal diseases.
Acts by producing lipopeptide antibiotics with fungicidal properties.
Protects crops by forming colonies in the rhizosphere and phyllosphere.
Provides resistance against bacterial pathogens.
Eco-friendly alternative to chemical fungicides.
Benefits:
Effective Disease Control: Combats various fungal diseases in seeds, soil, and air.
Natural Protection: Bacillus subtilis forms colonies protecting plants from fungal and bacterial pathogens.
Sustainable Solution: Reduces reliance on chemical fungicides, supporting eco-friendly farming practices.
Enhanced Plant Health: Improves plant resilience by strengthening natural resistance mechanisms.
High Potency: Delivers 20 crores of microbial cells per ml, ensuring potent and consistent protection.
Multifaceted Action: Provides long-lasting effects with a unique mode of action against multiple pathogens.
Crops: Oil Seeds, Cotton, Tomato, Pea, Beans, Millet, Pulses, Onion, Garlic, Basil, Cucurbita, Mango, Grapes, Ginger, Citrus, Cereal, Corn, Apple, Pomegranate, Peach, Plum.
Mode of Application:
The mode of action of Mildown is multifaceted. Bacillus subtilis present in Mildown colonizes the developing root system and competes with pathogens that attack the roots. It inhibits spore germination, disrupts germ tube growth, and interferes with pathogen attachment to the plant.
Mildown produces lipopeptide antibiotics, including Iturin that outcompete pathogens by either killing them or reducing their growth rate. Iturin also has direct fungicidal activity against pathogens.
Method of Application:
Soil Application: Mix 1L of Mildown per acre with 200 kg of FYM/compost and broadcast in the field at the time of land preparation, sowing, and standing crops. Give light irrigation after application.
Foliar spray: Mix 5 ml of Mildown in 1L of water and spray to cover both sides of the leaves at the appearance of the very first incidence of the disease symptoms. Repeat at intervals of 7-10 days. Important recommendation/direction for use: 2-3 applications are recommended at intervals of 7-10 days. Can be increased depending on the disease incidence. Keep the product away from direct sunlight.
Dose:
Soil Application: 1 L / acre
Foliar spray : 5 ml / L of water
